Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Efficiently manage orders, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and nutritional information.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setup and breakdown of equipment, cleaning, and restocking.
  • Participate in farmers' market shifts, including market preparation, customer interface, and order processing.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front-of-house role at a café or restaurant is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
