About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Associate (Graduates) to join our Corporate Finance team in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality services to our clients and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with partners to develop client relationships and deliver commercial advice
  • Engage in business development activities and promote the firm to seek new opportunities
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and take responsibility for their relationship
  • Contribute to the growth and success of our practice through innovative ideas and solutions
Requirements
  • Background in US Capital markets and high yield bond offerings
  • Excellent academics and commerciality
  • Strong written communication and drafting skills
  • Initiative and proactivity
  • Ability to work well in a team and individually
  • Keenness to learn and intellectual curiosity
