Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the commercialization of new products into our business. As a key member of our NPD team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution
    • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring all key milestones and deadlines are clearly defined and tracked.
    • Coordinate resources and facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders.
  • Risk Management and Issue Resolution
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
    • Develop and implement contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including production, technical, purchasing, and commercial teams.
    • Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with company goals.
  • Process Improvement
    • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Monitor and analyze project metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in project management, preferably within a relevant industry.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Proficiency with various project management tools and software.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with constant project changes.
