Quantity Surveyor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team at Gold Group Limited. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in delivering pre and post-contract commercial services for rail infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct pre-contract duties including cost estimating, procurement, and contract negotiation.
  • Manage post-contract activities such as valuations, variations, and final accounts.
  • Provide accurate cost management and forecasting to ensure project budgets are maintained.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and delivery.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports to clients, advising on commercial risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.
  • Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to their professional development.
