Job Title: Assistant to Manager

At Zachary Daniels, we are seeking an experienced Assistant to Manager to join our team in Ashford. As an Assistant to Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, driving sales, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and control budgets to drive sales and maintain high levels of performance.
  • Lead the team in store, driving performance and sales through effective management and coaching.
  • Work alongside the team to grow the store through driving sales and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Manage KPIs and budgets to improve store performance.
  • Drive sales and performance through effective merchandising and visual displays.
Requirements:
  • Experience in store management or senior management, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and performance.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service.
