As a sales expert in our Agricultural Sales Talent Community, you will play a key role in establishing strong relationships with local farmers and advising them on their daily challenges. • Deliver an outstanding customer experience and respond to each client's unique needs with impeccable drive for results.
• Establish and maintain a strong relationship with clients while proactively presenting product features and benefits, as well as promotional information.
• Become a reliable and efficient sales expert in order to constantly work toward our sales objectives.
• Collect market data (and always keep an eye on the market development & competitors' evolution)

We offer an attractive remuneration package including a company pension plan, company car, and other benefits. Our competitive salary is estimated to be around €55,000 - €75,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we offer flexible working hours, a reasonable work-life balance, and opportunities for career growth and training.

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in agriculture or a related field;
• Good knowledge of plant cultivation and basic knowledge of farm business management;
• Fluency in English and local language;
• Willingness to travel locally or within Europe if required;
