We are seeking a meticulous and driven Lettings Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover basis. As a key member of our property management team, you will be the first point of contact for all general property enquiries and support the Property Manager, Site Foreman, and Head of Property to allow them to fulfill their roles.

The Role
  • Ensure referencing and right to rent checks are completed
  • Issue tenancy and licence agreements and register deposits
  • Ensure a smooth handover of properties to new tenants and end of tenancies
  • Ensure Landlords statutory obligations and compliance are met across the property portfolio
  • Raise invoices and chase rental arrears where applicable
  • Assist with property inspections, record residential works orders, and chase outstanding paperwork before works are completed
The Ideal Candidate

The ideal Lettings Coordinator will have previous experience in a similar role and a flexible approach to work. Key skills and experience for this role include:

  • Experience using a CRM system is preferred but not essential
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude and commitment to health and safety
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Computer literate in all
