About the Role:

As a Human Resources Advisor at Morson Talent, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. This includes providing guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters, handling employee relations cases, and conducting research on HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide expert guidance on HR policies and procedures to employees and management.
  2. Investigate and resolve employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions and performance management.
  3. Conduct research on HR trends and best practices to inform policy development and implementation.
  4. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  1. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  2. Proven experience in a similar HR position, including HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, or HR Generalist.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
