About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Financial Adviser. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing them with expert financial guidance and advice to help them achieve their financial goals.

You will have the autonomy to work from home, managing your daily activities and diary, while being part of a successful team of Financial Advisers. If you have a sales background and a genuine desire to provide financial advice, you will be rewarded with a competitive basic salary of £32,000, plus uncapped earning potential for achieving your goals, as well as a company car, life cover, and a pension scheme into which the company will contribute up to 10% of total earnings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Provide professional financial advice and guidance
  • Drive and determination to succeed in achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of computer systems
  • Sales background, previous experience in financial services would be advantageous, but not essential
