About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Game Programmer to join our team at 6124 TT Games Studios Limited. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing gameplay systems, AI, and player mechanics for our next-generation LEGO games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with designers, artists, and animators to create reusable modular game systems that enable the creation of engaging content.
  • Develop and implement AI systems for enemies, parties, and bosses, ensuring a fun and challenging experience for players.
  • Design and implement player mechanics, including GUI systems and achievements.
  • Work closely with world-class artists, animators, and designers to support their day-to-day needs for gameplay technology and associated tools.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level programmers, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Requirements
  • Highly adept at programming gameplay and mechanics, with a clear understanding of what makes games 'feel' good.
  • Strong 3D maths and physics skills, with experience in object-oriented C++ and debugging.
  • Experience in the games industry with multiple released titles, with a strong understanding of systems optimisation.
  • Unreal experience on at least one released game, with a good degree or post-graduate qualification in Computer Science or a related subject.
