About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Project Manager to drive the development of our websites and digital strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects, enhancing the customer journey, and overseeing migrations to new platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring high-impact changes are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Enhance the customer journey by identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Oversee migrations to new platforms, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and technical teams, to deliver projects that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with 3rd party development agencies to ensure successful project outcomes.

Requirements

  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
  • 2+ years of experience in a web development environment, with a focus on E-commerce platforms.
  • Experience with Magento 2 or other E-commerce platforms, with a strong understanding of web components, internet architecture, and the delivery lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
