Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled MI Analyst to join our team at Equals One Ltd. As a key member of our IT/Data function, you will play a crucial role in leveraging value-added insights from our vast data resources.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain financial models to support management decision-making and reporting.
- Lead the ongoing business performance forecasting cycle, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Investigate and refine modeling and forecast assumptions to enhance output quality.
- Design and implement our reporting capability, including data architecture development.
- Prepare and present financial and non-financial analyses to stakeholders.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve business systems, ensuring seamless data collection and storage.
- Produce reports using Power BI, delivering actionable insights into business performance.
- Identify data collection process gaps and drive requirements for change.
- Develop expertise in various tools and software, including SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- High-level commercial acumen and ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills, supplemented by relevant experience.
- Good communication skills, with experience in maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Proven ability to deliver results and work collaboratively towards group objectives.
- Desire to learn and pioneer new approaches to data analysis.
- Basic knowledge of ETL processes and database language (TSQL).
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as data science, business analytics, economics, mathematics, or a similar field.
- Experience with Power BI, DAX, and Power Query, as well as good knowledge of MS Excel and MO suite.
