Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team, providing care and support to children and adults with complex needs. You will be responsible for assisting with clinical interventions, such as PEG feeds, seizure management, and medication administration. You will also provide personal care, including oral suctioning, ventilation, and tracheostomy care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with clinical interventions, such as PEG feeds and seizure management
  • Provide personal care, including oral suctioning, ventilation, and tracheostomy care
  • Administer medication as required
  • Support clients with complex needs, including those with tracheostomies and gastrostomies
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in care and support, preferably in a complex care setting
  • Ability to work night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
  • Full right to work in the UK and a valid UK driving license
  • Ability to commit to at least two shifts per week
