About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Education Specialist to join our team at Henry Blue. This full-time position involves delivering motor vehicle, EV, and hybrid qualifications to students and apprentices.
The ideal candidate will have relevant industry experience working within their specialism and in the Motor Vehicle industry, with a strong commitment to education.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality instruction to students aged 16 to 19 up to Level 3 in City and Guilds, NVQ, and apprenticeships qualifications.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of industry developments and curriculum requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Relevant industry experience working within your specialism and within the Motor Vehicle industry - NVQ Level 2, or equivalent, in specialism.
- Ability to undertake Equality and Diversity and Safeguarding training.
- Estimated annual salary: £40,000 - £55,000 based on industry standards and location.
- 38 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays and the Christmas Closure period.
