We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship.
- Work collaboratively with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.50-£12.50, increasing to £12.50 on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, with a minimum of 1-hour calls and regular matched clients.
