Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bistro Restaurant Manager to join our team at 15601169 Canada Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in our food and beverage offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement operational strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  2. Manage cash handling and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  3. Enforce liquor legislation and regulations, maintaining a safe and responsible environment for customers and staff
  4. Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste
  5. Ensure health and safety protocols are followed, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment
  6. Negotiate with clients for catering and event services, providing exceptional customer service
  7. Address customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  8. Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment
  9. Plan, organize, and direct daily operations, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results
Requirements

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Proven track record of success in restaurant management, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality control
