We are seeking an experienced Energy Sector Lead to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in assessing the carbon effectiveness of energy projects.

Your deep understanding of renewable energy technologies and carbon emissions will be essential in delivering accurate and reliable carbon ratings. You will conduct in-depth technical assessments of energy projects, evaluating their environmental impact and compliance with relevant standards.

You will also analyze the economic viability of energy projects, considering factors such as development costs, operational expenses, and revenue streams. In this role, you will contribute to the continuous improvement and implementation of our rating methodologies for assessing the carbon effectiveness of energy projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth technical assessments of energy projects, evaluating their environmental impact and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Analyze the economic viability of energy projects, considering factors such as development costs, operational expenses, and revenue streams.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and implementation of our rating methodologies for assessing the carbon effectiveness of energy projects.
  • Manage and develop a team of analysts, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality carbon ratings.

Competitive Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package covering private medical insurance, dental, critical illness cover, income protection, life assurance, medical cash plan, and cycle to work scheme.
