Quantitative Delta One Trader

Role Overview

Venture Search is collaborating with a leading proprietary trading firm to find a skilled Quantitative Delta One Trader. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company with a strong presence in the Central Europe, Middle East, and Africa (CEMEA) markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Delta One trading strategies across CEMEA markets.
  • Design and deploy statistical arbitrage and index rebalance trading strategies.
  • Collaborate with a highly skilled team to drive business growth and development.
  • Contribute to the development of advanced infrastructure and tools to support trading activities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Delta One roles at a top-tier hedge fund or proprietary trading firm.
  • Demonstrable track record of success in trading and risk management.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++.
  • Strong academic background from a top university, with a degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or other STEM fields.
