Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Manager to join our dynamic kitchen management team. As a key player, you will work closely with the Head Chef to drive sales and profitability. Your role will involve ensuring that every dish meets high standards of preparation and presentation, managing costs effectively, minimizing waste, and maximizing kitchen efficiency. You will also ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining the highest standards in all kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to optimize kitchen operations.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Manage kitchen costs and implement strategies to minimize waste.
  • Uphold health and safety regulations rigorously.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must be a collaborative team player who can work seamlessly with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams. You should be dependable and passionate about your work, with a strong enthusiasm for delivering exceptional results. Previous experience in a high-paced establishment is essential.
