Job Title: Hotel Shift Engineer

Our client, a luxury hotel in South Kensington, is seeking a skilled Hotel Shift Engineer to join their maintenance team. The successful candidate will have experience working in a similar hotel environment and be able to carry out mechanical, electrical, and fabric maintenance works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor mechanical plant, including pumps, motors, seals, and bearings
  • Perform air conditioning and water treatment tasks, including temperature checks and filter changes
  • Carry out plumbing tasks, such as unblocking toilets and replacing taps and washers
  • Monitor BMS systems and perform basic electrical duties
  • General building fabric maintenance and escort specialist subcontractors
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a hotel environment
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled with good communication and customer skills
