Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our team at Aston Villa Football Club for the upcoming season. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks to a high standard
- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service
- Upsell premium drink options and recommend drinks and food pairings
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a bartender or 1 year in a Michelin-starred restaurant
- Confident in dealing with allergens and procedures
- Knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer
- Ability to remain calm and collected under pressure
