Job Title: Social Content Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Content Manager to join our team at Charles Jenson Recruitment Ltd. As a Social Content Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing digital content across various channels to engage our clients and promote their brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our clients' goals and objectives.
- Create high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Manage and maintain our clients' social media presence, including content scheduling and posting.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track engagement and adjust content strategy accordingly.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute content campaigns that drive results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and effective.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to suit different audiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
