Key Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with business leaders to develop management capability, manage talent, and drive colleague engagement to achieve strategic priorities.
  2. Provide individual and team development to site senior leadership teams to drive performance and deliver business goals.
  3. Lead the review, planning, and activation of labour needs and utilisation in line with business needs.
  4. Manage complex ER cases and ensure effective conclusions that minimize business risk.
  5. Support site/depot HR teams to ensure team members are engaged, focused, and delivering to their potential.
  6. Implement effective processes to collate key performance indicator data and provide insight for relevant forums.
  7. Work with HR and operational teams to develop a clear talent plan for sites and depots.
  8. Support the achievement of inclusion and diversity aspirations through role modelling and leading inclusively.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in HR leadership and business partnering, ideally within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  2. Highly effective stakeholder management skills.
  3. Experience of leading and developing HR professionals up to and including HR Business Partner level.
  4. Ability to manage a broad agenda of day-to-day issues, forward-thinking, and planning.
