Job Title: Full Time Shift Assistant
We are a growing organization with a commitment to excellence in care. We are seeking an experienced and caring individual to fill the role of Full Time Shift Assistant at our care home in Plymouth.
Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is approximately £25,000 - £35,000 per year, based on experience.
Job Summary:
As a Full Time Shift Assistant, you will be responsible for assessing clients' social and health care needs, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services. You will also supervise junior staff members and participate in mandatory training sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and review client care plans
- Administer prescribed medications
- Supervise junior staff members
- Participate in training sessions
Requirements:
