Work Environment

We are looking for a skilled Radiographer to join our team in Lochaber, an area of outstanding natural beauty in West Scotland. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to live and work in a relaxed community setting, with access to fresh air, outdoor activities, and nearby cities.

The Belford Hospital in Fort William is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Radiographer to provide a Plain imaging and CT service. Our ideal candidate will have previous NHS experience and an innovative approach to teamwork, with opportunities to gain valuable trauma Radiography skills.

The hospital offers a unique workload with opportunities to work with new diagnostic equipment, including x-ray units and a CT scanner. You may be required to provide cover for both The Belford Hospital and the Broadford Hospital on the Isle of Skye, which provides acute care and has DR equipment.

To be successful, you should have a BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography, HCPC registration, and clinical experience in diagnostic imaging investigations. We support CPD and role development, with Advanced Practice within the department.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
