We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at The Access Group. As a key member of our Professional Services team, you will be responsible for managing projects of all types and sizes, involving our Access People Division software products and delivered from within the business.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and closely monitor the implementation of project portfolios for external customers and potentially internal projects.
- Manage and deliver project requirements successfully in line with agreed plans and timescales, liaising with technical and Development teams.
- Attend weekly Project Team meetings with customers to report on project progress, financial situation, and customer status.
- Chair Steering meetings and/or conference calls with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Previous experience implementing and managing large HR and Payroll change programmes and projects to an organisation's software solutions & systems, with a Project Management qualification (PRINCE2 or similar) desirable.
- Experience working for a software supplier in a delivery role and being in a customer-facing role.
- Natural ability for customer relationship building at all levels and influencing an experienced team of implementation consultants.
- Technical ability and knowledge to understand and document proposed solutions and translate them into a joined-up vision for the Customer and Consultant team.
