**Job Title:** Clinical Diabetes Specialist

At Chemistree Solutions Limited, we are seeking an experienced Clinical Diabetes Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Diabetes Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting healthcare professionals and patients to make informed decisions about treatment pathways in Diabetes.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in the field of Diabetes, driving best practice and delivering excellent patient care. You will work closely with patients and practices to assist healthcare professionals in delivering the most up-to-date care for their patients.

We are looking for a passionate and patient-focused NMC registered nurse who can demonstrate experience of working in Diabetes. This role involves responsibility for a defined geographical area and demands excellent planning & organisational skills along with confident driving.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience (post registration) managing diabetes within primary care and be knowledgeable and confident in the provision of education, support, and advice to people with Type 2 Diabetes. IT literacy, to include primary care systems, is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting healthcare professionals and patients in making informed decisions about treatment pathways in Diabetes
  • Driving best practice and delivering excellent patient care
  • Working closely with patients and practices to assist healthcare professionals in delivering the most up-to-date care for their patients

Requirements:

  • NMC registration
  • Diabetes Diploma or Equivalent
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience (post registration) managing diabetes within primary care
  • Knowledgeable and confident in the provision of education, support, and advice to people with Type 2 Diabetes
  • IT literacy, to include primary care systems

Salary:** £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
