Property Sales Representative

We are looking for a Property Sales Representative to join our team at Bastow Irwin Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and working closely with clients to achieve their goals.
No prior sales experience is required, but you must have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently. You will also need to have a full UK driving license and own vehicle.
We expect the salary for this role to be around £25,000 per annum, based on the location in Chelmsford CM1 and industry standards.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:- Conducting property viewings and matching prospective buyers to suitable properties
- Marketing properties to attract potential buyers
- Maintaining regular contact with clients and other stakeholders
- Guiding clients through the sales process from offer to legal completion
Work Environment: Our office is located in Chelmsford CM1 and we require all staff to be available to work a standard Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm schedule, with occasional Saturdays
