Platform Housing Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our Responsive Repairs team.

We require a skilled and reliable individual to deliver day-to-day electrical repairs, fault finding, maintenance, and installation work in a domestic setting. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality work, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver electrical repairs, maintenance, and installation work in a domestic setting
  • Conduct fault finding and diagnostic work to identify and resolve electrical issues
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

  • Served an apprenticeship in Electrical or obtained an equivalent NVQ L3 & City & Guilds L3 in Electrical installation, commissioning, and certification
  • 18th Edition regulation
  • Sound experience in delivering a range of electrical work and services in a domestic setting
  • Experience of working in property maintenance for a social Landlord, Housing Association, or Council
  • Full driving licence
  • DBS check
