Estate Agents play a vital role in the property market, and as an Estate Agent Sales Negotiator at Nexus ERP, you will be at the forefront of this process. Our team is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the success of our Lettings and Estate Agency business.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Arranging and conducting property viewings that showcase properties in the best possible light.
  • Negotiating sales transactions between buyers and sellers, utilizing your negotiation skills to facilitate successful deals.
  • Listening to buyer requirements and pairing them with the most suitable properties.
  • Providing timely responses to customer enquiries and maintaining strong communication throughout the sales process.
  • Registering applicants efficiently and collecting all necessary documentation.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Estate Agency: A proven track record within the industry is essential for success.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication is vital for engaging with clients and colleagues.
  • Driving License: A full UK driving license and access to a car are required for the position.
