At Tetra Tech, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Management Specialist to join our London cost management team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to produce high-standard cost and procurement management processes and services.

The team operates in various sectors, providing varied experience and challenges. Our focus areas include private and public Residential, Infrastructure, Flood Alleviation, Defence, and Security projects, including delivery of projects in the UK and overseas for Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO) and Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO). We also provide Cost Management Framework services to the Environment Agency (EA) and Parliamentary Estates for secure long-term strategic management of major reactive and planned Capital Works programmes.

As a key member of our Southern region cost management team, you will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams across various offices, fostering strong working relationships internally and externally. You will become a trusted advisor to our clients, leveraging your expertise to enhance their project outcomes.

About You:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar qualification
  • Have or are working towards full membership of the RICS
  • Pre- and post-contract cost management experience, including setting budgets, managing change, assessing risk, and opportunity, and procurement
  • Experience of working as an Employer's Agent, Project Monitoring Role would be beneficial
  • Experience of working with NEC, JCT, and bespoke forms of D&B Contracts
  • Infrastructure and residential sector experience is preferable but not essential, as we are looking for experience across all sectors
  • Dependable and reliable

  • Sound IT skills, especially Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

Tetra Tech offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This position is based in London and is open to candidates who can relocate to this location.
