Job Title: Industrial Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team at Stafflex Industrial Recruitment Limited. As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a key role in improving the efficiency and productivity of our client's manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse operating environments to identify process inefficiencies and waste
  • Conceptualise improvements and develop business cases
  • Develop and evaluate pilot programs, simulations, and prototypes
  • Implement new and enhanced processes and tools
  • Design the layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency
  • Analyse and plan workforce utilisation, space requirements, and workflow
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in the automotive sector in a similar role
  • Competence in problem-solving methodologies, primarily Ishikawa and 5why
  • Computer literacy with all Microsoft Office packages
  • Effective communication skills (verbal & written), coupled with good numeric skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to undertake a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints
