Requirements:

  • Disciplined and independent personal management skills - a self-starter who can work to deadlines and standards with minimum supervision.
  • Focused on delivering an excellent service to our clients.
  • Creative and analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
  • Experience interacting with external stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Proven track record of successful project implementations with strong exposure to customers.
  • Excellent communications skills, both spoken and written.
  • 10+ years of experience ideally in professional services / implementation / delivery roles in the working capital finance space, either in a bank or a fintech provider, in a client-facing role.
  • Strong working capital finance business knowledge and proven track record in implementing mainly Receivables Finance, and also Payables Finance solutions.
  • Relevant work experience in treasury management and/or management consulting (big 4 or comparable) is appreciated.
