Concrete Plant Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Concrete Plant Supervisor. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our concrete plant, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production of concrete to meet customer requirements
  • Liaise with customers, colleagues, and suppliers to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
  • Coordinate fleet requirements to optimize utilization and minimize downtime
  • Supervise stock controls, safety, health, and environment standards on site
  • Maintain the housekeeping of all plant and equipment

Requirements:

  • Experience in the ready-mix concrete industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to drive a loading shovel
