Nursery Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursery Manager to lead our team at Kids Planet Middlewich.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a high-quality early years education and care program.
- Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to ensure exceptional care and learning outcomes for children.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the program and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.
Requirements:
- Level 3 qualification in a UK recognised early years qualification.
- Excellent understanding of EYFS and safeguarding policies.
- Senior leadership experience within a nursery setting.
- GCSE or equivalent qualification in Maths, or willingness to achieve within 2 years of starting the position.
