This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing family-run business, comprising of 4 brands. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be working in a small team, reporting to the Finance Manager, and will be responsible for all aspects of a group company accounting department.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer and supplier ledgers
- Credit control and credit limit management
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Bank payments and reconciliations
- Process invoices
- Process credit cards and expenses
- Other tasks and project work as required
- Experienced in a similar accounts or admin role with a good work ethic, effective communication, and time management skills
- Flexibility towards tasks with the ability to work effectively using own initiative
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Enthusiasm and a proactive approach to work
- Superb communication and customer service skills with a helpful manner
- IT literacy: good/advanced Excel skills, SAP (B1) experience is preferred, but not required
