AV Account Director Job Description

Sphere Digital Recruitment is seeking an experienced AV Account Director to join our team. As a key member of our media agency, you will be responsible for managing the planning, buying, and delivery of TV, VOD, Cinema, and Radio campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive media plans that meet client objectives and deliver results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media owners to negotiate the best possible deals.
  • Oversee the tracking and delivery of AV campaigns to ensure they meet client targets and audit parameters.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in AV planning and buying, with a strong understanding of the media landscape.
  • Excellent ability to deliver and track campaign and client audit targets.
  • Experience of managing and monitoring client deals, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Ability to work under pressure and be extremely organized, with a strong attention to detail.
