The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Manager to join our team at Community Child Guidance Clinic, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the development of our Finance function and lead a team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the finance function, including payroll and budget management.
  • Lead a team of 5 staff and provide guidance and support to budget managers.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure positive service delivery to all stakeholders.
  • Act as an advocate and ambassador of the College, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About You:

  • Reporting to the Vice Principal (Finance & Resources), you will provide leadership and guidance to the Finance team.
  • You will have comprehensive experience in a finance role, ideally in an education setting.
  • You will be a self-motivated and ambitious leader who can take on the challenge of developing the Finance function.

Requirements:

  • Excellent management and administrative skills.
  • Strong understanding of the FE sector.
  • Ability to manage operational pressure in a busy environment.
