Senior New Homes Negotiator Opportunity

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior New Homes Negotiator to join our clients in the Stoke-On-Trent area. As a Senior New Homes Negotiator, you will be responsible for registering client details, booking and conducting property viewings, negotiating offers between developers and buyers, and working as part of a team.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Register client details and maintain accurate records
* Book and conduct property viewings to showcase new homes to potential buyers
* Negotiate offers between developers and buyers to ensure successful sales
* Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets
* Perform general administrative tasks to support the sales process

**Requirements**

* Previous experience in new homes sales or a property background
* Hard-working and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills
* Ability to build rapport with clients and meet their needs
* Motivated to exceed sales targets and provide exceptional customer service

**What We Offer**

* Basic salary up to £25,000
* OTE up to £35,000
