Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Commercial Landscaping Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating and submitting commercial landscaping tenders. This is an ideal opportunity for a Construction Estimator looking for a role with great career prospects and excellent training.

The Role:

  • You will use your professional approach to create and submit commercial landscaping tenders, working closely with the Senior Estimator.
  • You will have ownership of your projects and manage the award of schemes to the point that they are handed over to one of the operational teams.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in an Estimating role, preferably in Landscaping or Construction.
  • Experience in preparing and submitting tenders for commercial landscaping, groundwork, or general construction works.
  • An understanding of contracts and project risk management.
  • Good general IT skills, including MS Office.
  • Organized with good time management and used to meeting tender deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A full driving licence.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum. We offer a competitive salary package and excellent benefits, making this a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Estimator to progress their career.
