With a turnover of £1.5bn, the company operates across the UK and Ireland with 50,000 colleagues delivering innovative services to the private and public sectors.
Role Overview
OCS is seeking to increase the Security Relief Team in Bristol, with roles including day, night, and weekend shifts across multiple sites. The successful candidate will provide access control, monitor CCTV, manage visitors, and complete reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access to the premises.
- Ability to follow policies and procedures with strict access control arrangements.
- Monitor CCTV, and liaise with the client and fill in incident reports.
- Conduct thorough security checks on individuals and vehicles entering and exiting the site.
- Ensure the safety and security of the premises during assigned shifts.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
- Provide access and egress control to site, and ensure all visitors are signed in as per site security requirements.
- Deliver consistently high standards of customer service.
- Promote and uphold the principles of security in accordance with policies and directives.
- Manage access and egress to site, and adhere to the company's dress code and wear correct uniform.
- Fulfil health and safety responsibilities by adherence to the company's health and safety policy and management plans.
- Comply with the company's policies, management plans, and procedures.
About You:

- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to carry out duties while lone working and as part of a team, confident in filling in necessary paperwork.
- Enthusiasm, a proactive attitude, and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Well-presented, punctual, and focused on attention to detail.
- A Criminal Record Check, employment history, and Right to Work check.
- SIA LICENSE is a requirement.
- CCTV License is desirable.
- Driving License is preferable.
