About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Sofa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for every customer, ensuring they feel at home and relaxed in our showroom.
  • Showroom Standards: Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and showroom presentation.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product range, including interior trends and furniture styles.
  • Sales Support: Provide customers with expert advice and support, ensuring a full understanding of their needs and working to find solutions within our product range.
  • Order Processing: Efficiently process sales quotations and orders, while maintaining accurate customer information records.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Sofa as a brand ambassador, embodying our company culture and standards.
  • Professional Development: Proactively improve and update knowledge of product and interior trends.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience within retail, with a strong background in interiors and furniture sales.
  • Sales Experience: Strong sales experience and awareness of trends to support customers in styling their rooms and homes.
  • Personal Qualities: Ambitious and confident, with a strong can-do attitude, enthusiasm, and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to generate fresh and innovative ideas.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and general IT.
