Our prestigious lettings client is seeking a skilled Lettings Coordinator Expert to join their team.

About the Job
  • Tenant Inquiries: Respond promptly to inquiries from potential tenants, providing essential information about available properties and addressing their questions.
  • Viewing Arrangements: Organize and conduct viewings for prospective tenants, accompanied by the property expert.
  • Landlord Liaison: Effectively communicate with landlords regarding tenant applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order.
  • Reference Submission: Compile and submit referencing documents for potential tenants in a timely manner.
  • Property Inspections: Regularly inspect properties, conduct rent reviews, and verify compliance with rental agreements.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to promptly resolve any property-related issues.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven Experience in Lettings/Property Management: A strong background in lettings administration or a related field is essential.
  • UK Driving License and Vehicle Access: Possess a full driving license and have access to a vehicle for work purposes, with fuel, mileage, and parking expenses fully reimbursed.
  • Superb Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with tenants, landlords, and other stakeholders.
  • Critical Thinking and Attention to Detail: Maintain accurate records, prioritize tasks efficiently, and apply analytical thinking to resolve complex issues.
