Job Summary

Colchester Institute is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Course Leader to lead the delivery of FE Health and Social Care programmes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences, as well as leading and managing course teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and delivering innovative teaching and learning strategies
  • Leading and managing course teams to deliver excellent results
  • Contributing to curriculum design and review

Requirements:

  • Degree level qualification and/or professional qualification in the relevant subject area or equivalent
  • Experience of leading courses and curriculum development
  • High-quality teaching experience within Further Education and/or Higher Education
About You

We are looking for an experienced educator who is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the FE sector and a proven track record of successful course leadership.

They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and students.
