About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced QHSSE Business Partner to join our UK Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental management across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement QHSSE standards, policies, and systems within UK operations
  • Collaborate with Business Partners and managers to drive QHSSE excellence
  • Lead internal QHSSE audit programs, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for improvement
  • Conduct inspections and audits to maintain and enhance QHSSE management systems
  • Work on diverse projects, delivering consistent and effective internal audit processes
  • Frequent UK travel required

Requirements

  • Relevant HSE professional qualification (e.g., NEEBOSH Certificate, British Safety Council Diploma in Safety Management, NVQ4 in Occupational Safety & Health Management)
  • Relevant Quality professional qualification (e.g., Diploma in Quality Management)
  • Lead Auditor qualification (45000/17025)
  • Full UK Driving License
