As a key member of the Valiant Pub Company team, the Pub Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, high-quality food and beverage offerings, and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Foster a culture of excellence in customer service, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a talented team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Operations Management: Oversee inventory management, budgeting, and compliance with health and safety regulations, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Marketing & Events: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers, enhance community engagement, and drive sales.
  • Financial Management: Analyze financial performance, implement cost control measures, and maximize profitability.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers, solicit feedback, and respond promptly to inquiries or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in pub or restaurant management preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
