Senior Staff Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Band 6 Senior Staff Nurse to join our team at Great Western Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and leading a team of nurses in the delivery of compassionate nursing care.
The successful candidate will have recent acute medical or surgical experience and a proven track record of leading, supporting, and developing a team. You will also have a strong understanding of the structure for the delivery of Community and social care services.
In this role, you will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to provide a high standard of individualised patient care, improving the patient experience. You will also support the Senior Sister/Charge Nurse in providing effective nursing leadership and ensuring the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) code of conduct is at the forefront of the team's nursing care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and lead a team of nurses in the delivery of compassionate nursing care.
