About the Role

As a Logistics and Quality Administrator, you will play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations within our client's manufacturing facility.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating the documentation process for shipping, updating tariff codes, maintaining shadow boards, and collaborating with the team to create and update process documents.

Responsibilities
  1. Document items being shipped to various locations and update relevant records
  2. Add and update tariff codes for shipping documentation to ensure compliance
  3. Ensure accurate marking and tracking of shipments, including physical labeling and inventory management
  4. Assist in maintaining and updating shadow boards, which are visual aids that help organize and streamline processes
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

You should have a solid understanding of quality and continuous improvement practices, as well as excellent communication skills to work effectively with the team.

Estimated Salary: £34,500 - £38,400 per annum (£15.00 - £17.00 per hour)
