Team Leader - £13.57 per hour

We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team at Urmston House, a highly valued provider of care. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our service users, their families, and healthcare professionals. You will need to be flexible, patient, caring, organized, and great with people.

Our ideal candidate will have previous experience working with older people in residential care and will have strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing. You will also need to have completed or be working towards your QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

Salary: £13.57 per hour

Working Hours: Part time available - nights - 24 hour contract.

Shift Times - 20:00 - 08:00

Week 1 and 3 Saturday and Sunday
