We are seeking an experienced Economic Consultant to join our Natural Capital & Environmental Net Gain team at AECOM. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and managing projects, conducting research and analysis, and developing innovative solutions to complex economic challenges.

About the Team

The Natural Capital & Environmental Net Gain team is a small, multi-disciplinary team that includes environmental economists, environmental consultants, and forestry and soils experts. We work closely with other teams across AECOM, including Carbon & Advisory, Digital Environment, and our international teams.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong background in environmental economics, natural capital, or a related field;
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines;
  • Experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects;

A competitive salary is offered, commensurate with experience, estimated to be around £55,000-£75,000 per annum, depending on location. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will also receive opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
